We provide inventory management resources for public school systems.

Public school systems in the United States are arranged in a hierarchy where the County Board of Education is the central administration with a variety of individual schools (elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, etc.) distributed throughout the county. Each school has a principal and there are individual teachers assigned to each classroom in all schools.

Our school inventory management system is designed to create a master county inventory through a process where each classroom teacher is responsible for doing a complete inventory for their classroom. Consequently, individual classroom inventories feed into a complete school inventory, and individual school inventories feed into the master county inventory.

The county inventory administrator sets up individual schools and assigns a school administrator with a username and password. The school administrators in turn set up individual classroom administrators with their respective usernames and passwords.

The county administrator has access to all schools and all classrooms and can edit/search individual school and classroom inventories. A school administrator has access to all the classroom inventories for that specific school and can edit/search individual classrooms. A classroom administrator only has access to his/her classroom inventory.

The county administrator can also monitor and get reports for individual schools and classrooms regarding the status of their inventories. For example, it would be helpful for the county administrator to discover which schools have completed their inventories or which classrooms within an individual school have or have not completed their inventories, when was the last time an individual classroom inventory was updated, etc.

This school inventory management system is designed to be SIMPLE and INTUITIVE. Consequently, any classroom teacher will be able to begin entering their inventory immediately with little or no training. At the same time, this system is designed to be FAST and POWERFUL for the county administrator who is interested in generating reports, searching for specific data, etc. The various inventories (rooms, schools, or county) can be downloaded and imported into  EXCEL for more detailed reports, charts, etc.

Since our inventory system is INTERNET BASED there is NO SOFTWARE TO DOWNLOAD and NOTHING TO INSTALL. You merely open an account and begin creating your inventory immediately.   All inventories are accessible to the various county/school/classroom administrators from any location via their usernames and passwords. All data is SECURE and is backed up at the site level on a regular basis.

Licenses are AFFORDABLE and are based on the number of schools within a county school system.
